Transsion Pakistan is looking for the position of “Supervisor”
Qualification: Bachelors degree
Experience: 2-3 years relevant experience in hotel management
Location: Gulberg, Lahore.
Job Descriptions:
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Receive complaints and resolve problems.
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
- Prepare and submit performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
- Candidate should have the experience of Visa working and Hotel Management.
- Chinese speakers are highly preferable.
