Job Description :

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently, answer questions from customers, guiding customers and deal with before or after sales issues.
2. Respond to customers’ emails, deal with customer complaints, and generate reports and feedback regularly to improve customer satisfaction.
3. Draft reports on products performances based on customer feedback and competitor market analysis.
4. Brainstorm on new and creative growth ideas and strategies to improve website sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

1. Have a strong sense of responsibility and good service spirit.
2. Good communication skills, be able to handle customer complaints and establish a good and stable relationship with customers;
3. Good understanding of E-commerce trends and social media trends.
4. Having experience in the customer service or online sales will be an added advantage.
5. Be Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities that may be assigned.
6. Efficient in the use of advanced computer packages.
