Reporting to: Sales Supervisor/Sales Manager
𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲
We are looking for a driven Channel Sales Specialist to strengthen and expand our regional channel network. This is a field-focused execution role responsible for developing distributors, agents, and resellers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring strong brand penetration across the region.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Develop and onboard new channel partners (distributors, agents, resellers)
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners through regular visits
- Achieve assigned channel sales targets and support partner promotions
- Track sales performance and adjust strategies to meet goals
- Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback
- Ensure compliance with channel policies and pricing discipline
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and internal teams for trainings and promotions
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
- Associate’s degree or above (Marketing / Business preferred)
- 1–2 years of solar energy channel sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in the field and travel locally
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Honest, resilient, target-driven, and a strong team player
𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐬 𝐏𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬
- Existing distributor or dealer network in the solar industry
- Proven success in new channel development and target achievement
- Strong market sensing and fast response to channel opportunities
