One of the leading Mobile Company in Pakistan is looking to hire Retail Training Manager for its Central Region.
Location: Lahore
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for the overall retail work which mainly including retail SO, brand image-building etc,
Responsible for training system building and implementation, training material preparation performance review and training report.
competitive product information feedback, etc.
Monitor country and territory performance, coaching and supporting Territory Managers where necessary.
Develop training resources and activities to enhance product expertise.
Monitor retail team performance, coaching and supporting team where necessary.
Attend the regional or head quarter training courses developing and localize the training courses from HQ.
Handle all retailer communication effectively.
Requirements
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any related field.
At least 3 to 4 years in Training and retail management experience. working experience of mobile phone industry is preferred, Having good understanding and perspectives about sales, channel development, marketing development, customer relationship development.
Strong team building skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
