Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Corporate Finance and Investment Professionals to join our Investments & Acquisitions team. As an Investment Professional at TPL RMC, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and executing real estate investment opportunities to maximize returns for our investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Evaluate potential real estate acquisitions, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
- Participate in due diligence processes, including feasibility and best use analysis
- Monitor our existing portfolio of real estate investment
- Capital raising for upcoming Funds
- Assist in managing investor relations and support in investor reporting
- Assist in the development and execution of investment strategies that align with the fund’s objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including asset management, finance, and legal departments.
- Prepare investment presentations and reports for senior management and investors.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate industry
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or CFA designation is a plus.
- 1-5 years of experience in real estate investment analysis and asset management.
- Strong financial modeling, presentation and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of real estate markets, valuation methods, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling software, and other relevant tools.
