TPL Corporation Ltd Jobs Assistant Manager Legal:TPL is looking for Assistant Manager – Legal for its corporate office in Karachi. The ideal candidate would be responsible to perform the following tasks:
• Drafting and vetting/reviewing Agreements
• Assisting the team to ensure compliance of Regulatory & Statutory Requirements of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Stock Exchange and Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited.
• Review on-going legal cases, drafting and vetting legal notices, replies of complaints filed before the Federal Insurance Ombudsman, ensuring compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2010 and overseeing the work of external legal counsels.
• Assisting in drafting of minutes of the Board of Directors Meeting and the Sub-Committee Meetings
• Ensuring that the code of corporate governance, 2017, code of corporate governance for Insurers 2016 and the listing regulations of the stock exchange are duly complied with.
