TPL Corporation Limited Jobs Assistant Manager Legal:
TPL Corp. is looking for Assistant Manager – Legal for its corporate office in Karachi.
The ideal candidate would be responsible to perform the following tasks:
- Drafting and vetting/reviewing Agreements
- Assisting the team to ensure compliance of Regulatory & Statutory Requirements of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Stock Exchange and Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited.
- Review on-going legal cases, drafting and vetting legal notices, replies of complaints filed before the Federal Insurance Ombudsman, ensuring compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2010 and overseeing the work of external legal counsels.
- Assisting in drafting of minutes of the Board of Directors Meeting and the Sub-Committee Meetings
- Ensuring that the code of corporate governance, 2017, code of corporate governance for Insurers 2016 and the listing regulations of the stock exchange are duly complied with.
Candidates having Law degree with 3-4 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
