Qualification:
Eligibility: BS Computer Science / Information Technology (Must have Cisco CCNP Certification)
Experience: Minimum 3 – 7 years of experience
Responsibilities include:
- In-depth knowledge of Network designing, Advance Routing, Switching & VPN.
- Hands-on experience on Cisco Catalyst & Data Center Nexus Switches.
- Knowledge & Hands-on experience industry Next Generation Firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortigate).
- Knowledge & Hands-on experience WIFI Controllers, NMS, NetFlow, SIEM & SNMP.
- Knowledge & Hands-on experience on Antivirus products Kaspersky, TrendMicro etc.
- Hands-on experience on Microsoft Active Directory (AD) users, groups, and Domain controllers.
- Working experience on Windows Server Environment 2012/2016/2019 & Knowledge of Hyperconverged Infrastructure – HCI VMware, SangFor.
- Strong ability and emphasis on automation where applicable; provisioning and patching of servers, switches, routers.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 & Exchange Online email deliverability issues.
- Ability to support and resolve a wide range of daily technical issues; eagerness to investigate and learn new technologies.
