Job Summary: The Assistant Manager Finance – Treasury will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial activities related to the company’s treasury functions. This includes the preparation and management of letters of credit (LCs), export documentation, transaction recording, bank reconciliations, and managing banking relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of LCs: Prepare Letters of Credit (LCs) for the import of raw materials and consumables.
Export Documentation: Prepare necessary documents for export business, Record transactions related to export activities.
Bank Reconciliation: Prepare bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
Annual Bank Renewals: Prepare documentation for annual renewal of banks through Loan Agreement Forms (LAF) and Bank Borrowing Facility Statements (BBFS).
Banking Relationships: Manage relationships with banking partners to ensure smooth financial operations.
LC and SG Margins: Prepare and manage LC and Security Guarantee (SG) margins with banks.
Remittances: Process remittances for services obtained by the company.
