Manage and lead regional sales, distribution development, inventory management, and trade marketing plans to achieve assigned financial and volumetric KPIs
Lead and inculcate numeric distribution culture at dealer level to enhance service levels, increase brand reach, and build strong relationships with partners
Ensure compliance of company policies Safety, Health & Environment, etc and procedures Good Warehouse Practices, Sales Reports etc at dealer and market level.
