We are hiring for the position of Assistant Manager – HR (Talent Acquisition & OD)

Responsibilities include –

· Implement the recruitment process end to end in service of business goals
· Leading recruitment drives, such as for Management Trainees
· Sourcing and attracting candidates using the digital media and word of mouth
· Leading the entire screening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding talented individuals (managing all related operations)
· Develop a talent pipeline for critical and high attrition positions
· Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for various projects
· Conducting exit interviews and preparing their data
· Conduct Employee Engagement activities to increase retention of employees
· Make an annual plan for employee wellbeing

Additional Requirements: Stakeholder Management

Qualification: BBA/Bachelors

Minimum Experience: 1 Year
