Responsibilities:
- Call to customer and make follow up till resolution of accounts.
- Visit to be conducted to customer.
- Keep track of assigned accounts to you and your team identifying outstanding debts.
- Keep track of routes and visits by you and your team.
- Ensure that the collection targets are met according to the collection strategy.
- Resolve the customer’s problems and deals with conflict in a positive manner.
- Any other task related to activities carried on by recovery department.
- Promote and ensure a clear, transparent and accurate information on each customer.
