TimeXperts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for candidates for the position of QA Team Lead.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science
-Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently
-Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Experience in software quality assurance and testing standards and practices
-Knowledge of Java scripting and XML
-Strong SQL and analytical skills
Job Responsibilities
-Creation of QA Team processes and procedures with the QA Manager
-Coordination and oversight of team member’s work assignments
-On-time delivery of projects according to the project timelines
-Oversee the creation of customized test plans based on the specific requirements of the project being tested
-Participate in the planning and coordination of sprint specific testing
-Oversee the reporting, fixing, and retesting of defects by the QA and project team
-Develop and document QA best practices and procedures and strive for continued QA process improvement
-Develop reporting metrics for the purpose of analysis of completed projects
