| Examination Coordinator | COE Office | Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC recognized University/Institute. Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills. 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience. Preference will be given to those candidates having hands-on experience in MS Office. |
The purpose of this position is to organization in terms of running daily administrative operations and tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the examination date sheet in accordance with university policies and academic requirements.
- Development of detailed examination seating plans for students, ensuring compliance with exam regulations.
- Overseeing the smooth conduct of examinations, maintaining integrity and adherence to established guidelines.
- Effective coordination with faculty members to address and resolve date sheet-related issues and concerns.
- Collaborate with faculty coordinators to address date sheet-related matters.
- Organize the office and assist the immediate Supervisor and Head of the concerned department to optimize work processes.
- Sort and administer assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Maintain trusting relationships within the COE Office and with other departments.
- Assist in resolving office-related malfunctions and respond positively to requests and issues.
- All other tasks assigned by the superiors.
