Assistant Product Manager / Product Manager / Senior Product Manager – Pharma Marketing
Location: Head Office – Karachi
Job Scope:
- Develop and execute brand strategies, communications, and collaterals based on rigorous market insights.
- Achieve target market share of assigned brands/portfolio.
- Execute promo/tactical plans following through on business/ROI.
- Prepare and manage respective portfolio budget.
- Work on field force training and development on brand strategies, messages, and rebuttals.
- Share business insights on SA/PLD (IMS) with the team to ensure steady conversation of high potential bricks.
- Identify key business opportunities and provision of adequate resources.
- Develop brand bottom liners and manage CRM in liaison with Sales Team and line managers.
Job Specifications:
Education:
- Pharm-D or equivalent, MBA will be an added advantage.
- Science graduate with MBA will also be considered.
Experience:
- Senior Product Manager: Minimum 05-07 years of relevant experience
- Product Manager: Minimum 03-05 years of relevant working experience
- Assistant Product Manager: 01-02 years of relevant working experience
