The Kidney Centre Post Graduate Training Institute is looking for the position of HR Interns:

The individual must be a Fresh Graduate from a reputable University with Majors in HR studies, this individual shall help administering HR services and interact closely with HR Management.
Key Responsibilities
Execute recruitment cycles, actively participating from gathering resumes, participating in shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and maintaining interview and candidate profile records.
Assist Senior members in maintaining up-to-date information in the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
Assist in converting manual personnel record to electronic format and to update E-profiles of existing and new staff.
Assist in conducting Orientation Sessions of new employees as well as Training Sessions.
Be the helpful, welcoming, and positive face of the Organization for all employees.
Act as a Power User of the system, ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of records.
Assist in the overall functions of HR in accordance with departmental SOPs.
Working Hours
Mon to Fri 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
