The Kidney Centre is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Management Trainee Officer – Software Development and Support. As a Management Trainee Officer, you will undergo comprehensive training and development programs to build your skills in software development and support while gaining exposure to various aspects of our organization’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
·Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
·Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving software-related queries.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
· Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of existing software systems.
·Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
· Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Dot Net, Dot Net core, SQL queries, Reporting tools, etc.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
