The Hunar Foundation is urgently looking “Assistant Manager – Donor Relationship”
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge and experience of Customer/Donor Management
- Able to present a proposal to donors
- Excellence communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach
- Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality
- Ability to manage activities & community service program for donors
- Able to provide required reporting to the donor
Competencies:
- Emotional Intelligence
- Communication Ethics (English is a must)
- Intellectual, Capable and Adaptable
- Addresses issues positively
Salary Range: 45,000 – 60,000
Education: MBA/BBA/BS Sociology, Marketing or related fields (from top tier Universities)
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Location: Karachi.
