Location:
▪ Regional Office, Karachi

Experience:
▪ Minimum 5 years

Key Responsibilities
▪ Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
▪ Conduct cost estimation, control, and contract management.
▪ Handle RFQs, variations, and project documentation.
▪ Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth execution.
▪ Ensure compliance with company policies and protocols.

Requirements
▪ Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BE) in Civil Engineering or related field.
▪ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction projects and quantity surveying.
▪ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or cost management software.
▪ Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
▪ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

▪ Minimum 5 years

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Independently supervise and manage construction sites.
▪ Handle multiple projects, contract documents, progress payments, estimates, and BOQs.
▪ Oversee new construction, designing, maintenance, and renovation projects (educational buildings experience is an added advantage).
▪ Ensure timely project execution and compliance with standards.

Requirements:
▪ Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BE) in Civil Engineering.
▪ Minimum 5 years of site supervision and project management experience.
▪ Strong knowledge of construction documentation and billing processes.
▪ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
▪ Own vehicle required (transport allowance provided on actual basis).
