Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and statutory requirements, including reconciliations, approvals, manual checks, ERP updates, and year-end reporting in coordination with finance.
- Monitor payroll costs to prevent leakages, enforce compensation policies, manage increment cycles in ERP, and prepare ad hoc financial and operational reports while tracking regulatory changes impacting payroll operations.
- Oversee Time & Attendance systems, support internal and external audits, and manage statutory reporting and payments to government agencies, insurance providers, and external bodies.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding across permanent, contractual, temporary, and intern roles while meeting defined hiring metrics.
- Design, maintain, and analyse HR and recruitment dashboards tracking time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, talent pipeline health, attrition, attendance, and workforce trends to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with compensation and analytics teams to analyse talent data, forecast workforce needs, and translate insights into actionable hiring and workforce plans.
- Lead performance management processes, ensure accuracy of job descriptions and evaluation tools, and implement employee development, retention, promotion, and succession planning initiatives.
- Promote equal employment opportunity, diversity, and inclusion through policy implementation, awareness sessions, and continuous improvement of candidate and employee experience.
- Lead, mentor, and develop payroll and recruitment teams, ensuring effective work allocation, training, issue resolution, and high performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of HR processes to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
