Position: REGIONAL HEAD OF ADMIN & SECURITY.
Location: TCS Regional Office, Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
-Advise senior management on security strategy.
-Plan and organize security for head office and regional facilities.
-Manage hiring, training, and oversight of security staff.
-Develop and implement security policies and protocols.
-Coordinate with law enforcement agencies.
-Supervise budgets and training for outsourced security.
-Support event security planning and administrative needs.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field.
-Retired Major / Lt Col (or equivalent) preferred.
-Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in MS Office.
Experience:
-10–15 years of progressive security management experience.
-Strong background in managing large teams and multiple sites.
-Proven record of developing and implementing security protocols.
-Experience working with law enforcement and emergency services.
