Responsibilities
- Answering the inbound calls landing on UAN.
- Making outbound calls for different tasks, e.g. withdrawals, follow up calls, drop call backs etc.
- Generating tickets for the relevant assignees for resolutions.
- Follow up of those tickets which are pending for the resolution on assignee’s end.
- Maintaining their own KPIs e.g. Quality, AHT, Quiz score, CSAT etc.

- Design and implement the day care program and curriculum.
- Plan and manage the setup and day-to-day operations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise day care staff.
- Develop and execute age-appropriate activities.
