Responsibilities:
- Lead fit-gap analysis to align organizational requirements with Oracle ERP functionalities (HRMS, Financials, and Supply Chain).
- Provide Oracle ERP support, training, and coordination for Regional Office users and branches, with the majority of queries related to the HRMS module.
- Collaborate with the Head Office ERP team on system implementation, integration, testing, and issue resolution.
- Develop functional documents, user manuals, and change management materials to strengthen user adoption.
- Work closely with stakeholders, business users, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and continuous process improvements.
