The City School is Hiring Junior Manager Supply Chain

Location: Regional Office, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Manage procurement processes including RFQs, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
▪ Support supply chain operations and ensure timely material availability
▪ Maintain and update ERP modules related to purchasing and inventory
▪ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow
▪ Monitor, analyze, and improve supply chain efficiency

Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management,Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
▪ Certification in Procurement/Supply Chain (CIPS, CPSM) preferred

Skills & Experience:
▪ 2–4 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics
▪ Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
▪ Hands-on ERP experience (purchase or inventory modules preferred)
▪ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
