The City School is Hiring Junior Manager Supply Chain
Location: Regional Office, Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
â–ª Manage procurement processes including RFQs, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
â–ª Support supply chain operations and ensure timely material availability
â–ª Maintain and update ERP modules related to purchasing and inventory
â–ª Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow
â–ª Monitor, analyze, and improve supply chain efficiency
Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management,Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
â–ª Certification in Procurement/Supply Chain (CIPS, CPSM) preferred
Skills & Experience:
▪ 2–4 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics
â–ª Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
â–ª Hands-on ERP experience (purchase or inventory modules preferred)
â–ª Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
â–ª Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
