Job Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance on financial transactions, including loan syndication, M&A, capital raising and investment planning.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure funding.
- Assess working capital needs, prepare budgets, and ensure adequate banking limits by using Financing Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Support annual strategy development with a focus on prudent, risk-adjusted growth.
- Oversee portfolio management and reporting for senior management.
- Conduct market research, financial analysis & financial modelling, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Compliance of SBP regulations.
- Lead the finance team in managing bank dealings and ensuring compliance.
