𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 – 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧
This position will be based at our HUB Plant (pick and drop provided).
Following is a brief JD:
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Ø Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, general items, and finished goods to ensure optimal stock levels.
Ø Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and reduce holding costs.
Ø Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation and warehousing activities.
Ø Collaborate with production and sales teams to forecast demand and align inventory levels accordingly.
Ø Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for inventory strategies.
Ø Support the procurement team in inventory replenishment and order processing.
Ø Prepare regular reports on inventory status, logistics performance, and procurement activities for management review.
Ø Train and mentor junior staff on inventory and supply chain best practices.
Ø Planning of critical items Chemicals, consumables, raw materials & packing items.
Ø Coordination with plant store personnel to track inventory levels with proper placement & generate requisitions when approaching safety levels.
Ø SAP entries for purchase orders and invoices.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business from a reputable university.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
Experience in SAP MM module will be considered an advantage.
