Looking for Compensation and Benefits Lead:
- Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist for 4-5 years.
- Prior experience in HR operations in executing payroll, salary revisions, employee confirmations, FS and other tasks.
- Prepare OPEX, CAPEX and payroll budget with analysis.
- Manage HR Dashboards .
- Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
- Hands on experience of SAP HCM
- Good Analytical Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
