Position: Compensation and Benefits – HR Lead (Assistant Manager)
Location: Karachi
Job Requirements:
Experience: 3-4 years as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
HR Operations: Proven experience in executing payroll, salary revisions, Provident Fund (PF), Final Settlement (FS), and other related tasks.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM and MS Excel.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and Financial Acumen.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Academic Requirement: Graduate from HEC recognized University or ACCA.
