TeleTaleem is looking for a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning by handling administrative tasks, logistics, and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and replenishment.
2- Assist in organizing meetings, trainings, and events (venue, logistics, materials).
3- Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) for documents and records.
4- Manage courier services, travel arrangements, and logistics for staff.
5- Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and coordination with support staff.
6- Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff and management.
What We’re Looking For:
1- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in an administrative support role (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
