Telenor Microfinance Bank is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager in the Multan (Central) Region.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer service
· Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, training, and scheduling
· Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics and make adjustments as necessary
· Maintain strong relationships with customers and community partners
· Develop and maintain a strong and engaged team through effective coaching and development
· Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as necessary
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role in banking or financial services industry
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Proven ability to drive sales and improve customer service
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
