Tecno Mobiles is looking to hire Training Specialist For North Region – N2
Base Location: Peshawar
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 :
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
- Train the sales team such as product training, sales training, dealers training, new products training, skills training, etc.
- Manage Promoters and Sales Team regarding the concerns, support and other requests that will help boost the sellout.
- Research on training requirements, set up the annual / quarterly / monthly training target.
- Monitor and analyze Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales Data Reports and Employee Productivity.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- At least 3-4 years in Training Field. working experience of mobile phone industry is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Understand deeply the mobile phone market.
- Good presentation skill, team cooperation, self-motive, target-oriented, good learning skill.
