Position: Executive QA
Job Location: Faisalabad
Qualification: B-Tech / B.E. (Mechanical / Industrial / Automotive)
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in QA/QC preferably Automotive Industry.
Job Role:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quality-related matters, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain good professional relations with customer reps and keep them satisfied with prompt replies and fulfilling the commitments.
- Collaborate with relevant internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer complaints or requirements.
