Tara Group Inc is looking for a passionate and experienced Plant Operations Executive.
📍𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Multan
Degree Title: Bachelor / preferably Master degree in Seed science or seed processing technology from a reputed institute.
Experience: Minimum 2-3Years Experience

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Will responsible to ensure smooth seed processing and packing processes of different crop seed varieties and lots as per given SOPs.
- Will maintain proper record keeping of all seed operation steps where keen observations are required.
- Will assist Plant Manager Seed Production for all seed processes.
- Should have good command over MS Excel and working knowledge of ERP/ company Software entries.
- Should have experience of seed warehousing, processing and packing.
- Supervision in all aspects of the seed processing plant, including overseeing staff, ensuring production efficiency and quality standards and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Responsibilities include managing end-to-end operations like arrival, unloading, drying, shelling, cleaning, grading, treatment and packing.
- Handling of labor to perform all seed plant and warehousing operations.
- Submission of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly socks and activity reports.
- Responsible to arrange prior inputs and materials required for seed processing and packing processes through on-time requisitions and getting approvals by the management.
