Specifications
-Minimum Graduate
-3+ years of administrative assistant experience in a corporate working for senior-level management
-Excellent Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
-Proactive and strong attention to detail
The Job role Involves
-The incumbent will provide administrative support to the Managing Director/CEO
-The responsibility will include travel scheduling, file organization.
Maintaining calendar for CEO.
-Follow-up on pending approvals and timely updating on meeting minutes.
-Ability to produce accurate, properly formatted documents and reports, frequently under tight time constraints.
-The candidate will also support the planning and execution of major projects, conferences and other off-site meetings while working collaboratively with other executives to ensure backup coverage.
