EXPERIENCE: 7-10 years QUALIFICATION: B.E /BBA-SCM/MBA-SCM or Related Field
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of petroleum products in line with operational standards and customer requirements.
- Ensure accurate product measurement, stock control, and reconciliation of inventory (physical vs ERP system).
- Monitor product quality and implement procedures to prevent contamination and losses.
- Coordinate with transport/logistics for timely and efficient deliveries.
- Ensure depot operations comply with HSSE, company standards, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and emergency drills.
- Lead, supervise, and train depot staff, ensuring performance and adherence to company policies.
- Manage budgets, control wastage, and monitor operational KPIs.
- Work closely with supply chain, commercial, and finance teams for smooth operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, transporters, and service providers.
