Position : Depot Incharge
EXPERIENCE: 7 years QUALIFICATION: BE Engineering
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Ensure compliance with safety, security, regulatory, and company procedures. •Oversee and monitor gantry and weighbridge operations, ensuring smooth administrative activities. •Maintain product quality, manage stock levels (loss/gain), and ensure high housekeeping standards. •Build and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and dealers to ensure service excellence. •Lead and train staff to optimize performance and ensure adherence to company policies. •Drive cost efficiency by managing budgets and recommending operational improvements. •Ensure strict adherence to HSSE policies, conducting regular safety training and drills. •Coordinate with local authorities, OGRA, and other OMCs to meet regulatory and operational requirements. •Manage inventory, oversee emergency responses, and handle equipment procurement. •Ensure depot operations align with the approved Capex and Opex budgets. •Represent the company’s interests with stakeholders and ensure timely execution of customer orders.
