WE’RE HIRING – RESTAURANT MANAGER
We are inviting dynamic, energetic and responsible professionals to join the team of Royal Taj Restaurant.
Qualification: Graduate, hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years with good food chains
Key Assignments:
- Care our prestige customers by providing professional and high standard service that make them to feel warm welcome.
- Achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with kitchen team for assurance of fresh and quality food.
- Introduce new food dishes to customers with support of Kitchen Chef.
- Plan and Organize Events (meetings, conferences, wedding events, birthday events, etc).
- Ensure compliance on Hygiene, food safety and cleanliness practices.
- Ensure maintenance of ambiance and environment as per designed standards of company. Also suggest ways to improve it.
- Control Operations cost and identify measures to cut waste.
- Manage inventory of dinning hall and kitchen as per business need.
- Ensure hiring of team, ensure continuous training programs to enhance team skills, designed and administer duty roasters of Front of the House and Back of the House team.
- Prepare reports and share with management.
Key Skills:
A successful individual should have proven customer service experience, extensive food & beverages knowledge, strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills, strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, etc.
