We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Deputy Manager Engineering.
📍 Requirements:
5–8 years of relevant engineering experience within the apparel industry
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other PEC-accredited relevant discipline
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall engineering operations including maintenance, utilities, and projects
- Ensure smooth functioning of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Coordinate closely with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, energy efficiency, and engineering best practices
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department
