Responsibilities
· Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
· Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulation
· Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
· Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
· Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
· Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
· Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll systems
Qualification
· BBA graduate majoring in HR · Knowledge of administrative work such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
· Fresh to 6 months of experience in HR operations
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs25,000.00 /month
