We’re looking for Manager IT Operations for Karachi office.
Candidate Requirements:
- Manage multi-functional operations teams handling enterprise infrastructure services.
- Prepare and review all service level and operational metrics and KPI scorecards for service delivery.
- Design, maintain, and implement all IT processes according to operational policies.
- Ensure smooth running of enterprise infrastructure services.
- Ensure continuous monitoring of IT systems.
- Ensure tracking and resolution of reported issues within agreed timelines.
- Should be able to handle and manage escalations.
- Continuously work with other stakeholders to further improve operational processes.
- Periodically, present operational performance of the IT system to management.
- 10-12 years of experience with at least 3 years in a team management role.
- Good technical knowledge in at least 2 of the following areas:
Datacenter technologies
Data networks
Server management and
Storage. - Advanced level technical certifications will be a plus.
- Familiar with ITIL framework.
- Good communication skills

We’re looking for Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer for Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad offices.
Candidate Requirements:
� B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field
� 5+ years of relevant work experience
� 3+ years of Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware experience
� SFRA experience is a plus
� Expert attention to technical detail
� Systematic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
� Ability to conduct research for new solutions using industry standards, best practices, and products
� Hands-on experience with web technologies such as SCSS, JavaScript/jQuery, AJAX, XML, JSON, SOAP and REST
� Expert level knowledge of responsive web design concepts
� Expert level knowledge of source control, build tool and collaboration tools such as Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket), Git, Jenkins
� Strong personal interest in digital technology and awareness of industry standards or best-known methods
� Excellent English communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written with staff and end-users of all levels
� Ability to work across teams and manage priorities to accomplish multiple tasks is required.
