Role Overview: As Manager, Strategy & Planning, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and optimizing effective brand, campaign and digital marketing strategies, to meet client objectives and elevate our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with client goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative campaign strategies.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead the planning of integrated advertising campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing client brand performance.
- Contribute to pitch development and new business acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Prior experience (2+ years) in a strategy or planning role within an advertising agency or on the brand-side.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a deep understanding of market dynamics.
- Proficiency in interpreting data and insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities to articulate complex strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
