Location: Karachi
Qualification: Graduation / Master’s
Experience: 3–5 years in International BPO Operations
Shifts: 24/7 Rotational | 6 working days

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage international operations and service delivery
- Lead chat and email support teams to achieve SLAs & KPIs
- Drive performance improvement and team development
- Ensure compliance with operational and client standards
Skillset Required:
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams in a fast-paced BPO environment
- Strong understanding of international customer support operations
