We are hiring
Swyft Logistics is looking for Talent Engagement Associate for its Lahore Office who will be responsible for;
• Coordinate with hiring managers to create and maintain recruiting and interviewing plans.
• Headhunting, online sourcing, initial screening & shortlisting.
• Route the job advert on different recruitment channels & career portals.
• Collaboration with the placement offices of different universities in terms of sourcing profiles for particular positions.
• Follow up on the interview process status and update records.
• Negotiate offers with the candidates and close hiring.
• Issue offers letters, contracts and prepare & maintain employee files.
• Ensure Other tasks assigned by the department head.
