Position: Accounts Payable Officer
Education: MBA/ACCA
Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in managing accounts payable processes, vendor payments, and financial record-keeping.
Location: Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update accounts payable records in the accounting system.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to address payment-related queries.
- Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports as required.
- Assist with audit-related documentation and financial reporting.
