Sunridge Foods Jobs Area Sales Manager:
𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 is looking for an 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to join our 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 located in 𝗟𝗮𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲. To be successful in this role, you should be responsible for improving sales targets within the assigned geographical location. You will also be responsible for leading the Sales team and building brand awareness in the Lahore region.
𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
· Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs for the assigned area.
· Effectively manage distributors/customers and their operations.
· Develop and Implement a field sales plan for the assigned area.
· Identify, pursue, and acquire profitable business relationships with customers.
· Negotiate to obtain new customers and support team in difficult negotiations to secure critical sales.
· Develop proposals for increasing business based on customers’ needs.
· Conduct monthly territory planning sessions with the territory sales team along with weekly progress meetings, and daily performance dialogues as required.
· Monitor the team’s utilization of the pipeline forecast and ensure that business from new and existing customers is successfully negotiated in a timely manner.
· Control all documentation and data relating to customer visits, agreements, and terms of reference to ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database.
𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱:
· Demonstrated ability to lead and develop the team.
. Strong footwork knowledge and relationships in the market.
· Excellent communication (written and verbal),
Strong Negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
. Proven experience of 3-5 years as ASM in FMCG sector.
. Minimum bachelor / Masters’s in relevant field.
