Position: MEM Field Executive
About Job:
We are looking for a MEM Field Executive to manage cooler verification, distributor and sales staff support, chiller injections, and vendor alignment. This role involves daily visits to 30 outlets, ensuring timely chiller deliveries, conducting physical verification of chillers, resolving complaints promptly, and overseeing cooler retrieval and vendor activities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Salary:
Competitive Salary will be offered.
What we are looking for:
- B.A or B.Sc.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing (Beverages/FMCG preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, mentoring, and decision-making skills.
