POSITION OVERVIEW This position will be responsible for testing and optimizing polymer materials specifically for footwear applications. The role will ensure material selection aligns with performance, durability, and cost-effectiveness standards. It also requires close coordination with QA team to support innovative product developments. The incumbent will collaborate with local vendors to enhance processes and maintain quality standards. Additionally, the role will contribute to QA documentation and facilitate cross-functional teamwork for successful project execution.
