POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for overseeing and managing all legal matters related to civil, criminal and corporate litigation. The role ensures that the organization’s legal rights are protected while minimizing legal risks and exposure. This position involves managing legal cases, coordinating with external counsels, representing the company in court, drafting and reviewing legal documents, dealing with IPO and SECP matters and providing expert advice to management on regulatory and compliance issues. The incumbent serves as the key liaison between the company and relevant legal and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth legal operations and compliance.
