Education & Experience
- Education: Minimum Bachelors in Environmental Sciences with NEBOSH Level 6 & OTHM Level 5.
- Experience: 4-6 years of relevant Lead HSE experience, preferably in the retail sector / Warehouse.
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Professional to lead our health, safety, and environmental initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust management systems in alignment with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
From conducting comprehensive risk assessments (JSA) and investigating root causes of incidents to spearheading employee safety training and sustainability programs, you will play a critical role in fostering a zero-harm culture. The candidate would be an expert in OSHA and NEBOSH compliance, possesses strong analytical skills for KPI reporting, and excels at collaborating across departments to integrate safety into our operations.
