WE’RE HIRING Deputy Manager Dyeing
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily dyeing operations to ensure timely execution of production schedules.
- Monitor & control the dyeing process parameters including temperature, time, pH etc.
- Coordinate with planning and procurement teams to ensure availability of dyes, chemical & fabrics.
- Ensure dyed fabric meets quality standards including color fastness, shade matching & uniformity.
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements for productivity and cost reduction.
- Manage shift supervisors, operators and helpers in the dyeing department.
- Maintain records of production, quality checks and dyeing recipes.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Sciences or Textile Engineering.
- Atleast 5-8 years of experience in dyeing operations, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of dyeing techniques including reactive, disperse, vat, etc.
- Familiar with dyeing machines including jet dyeing, soft flow, winch, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

WE’RE HIRING Deputy Manager Bleaching
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the end-to-end bleaching process for various fabric types (cotton, polyester, blends, etc.).
- Monitor process parameters including temperature, chemical concentrations, time, pH, etc.
- Analyze and troubleshoot process deviations & fabric defects.
- Coordinate with quality control and laboratory teams for in-process and final inspection.
- Lead and guide bleaching machine operators, helpers & shift supervisors.
- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce rejections, chemical costs and energy usage.
- Work with R&D/technical teams for trials of new chemicals and improve bleaching recipes.
- Monitor consumption of chemicals including hydrogen peroxide, caustic soda, wetting agents etc.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Textile Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5-8 years experience in a textile bleaching or wet processing unit with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of bleaching processes & chemicals.
- Strong knowledge of EHS & sustainability standards.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
